Details of items lost and found in MyZeil are held by the MyZeil Info Point.
Please note individual MyZeil stores may also hold items of lost property.
If you loose credit or bank cards we suggest you first contact your bank to cancel the cards, and also let the police know about these and any other items of value that have been lost or stolen.
Lost property enquiries can be made at the MyZeil Information Point or out of shopping hours by calling Centre Management.

Please note items found in MyZeil are held for 6 weeks only.
After 6 weeks they will be passed to the central Frankfurt City Lost Property Buro.
